Aspart of the commercial proposal, there will be a Screening Quota line item, which covers the cost incurred to CA for PEP’s/AML checks. Pricing for CA starts at 40p/check but reduces based on volume – a margin will need to be applied to this when putting in front of Client
Acturis only records that a screening has been requested (visible on the External Records screen). A user can request the current status of a screening and see a summary of screening flags but that detail is only stored in FullCircl.

To be confirmed, the current preferred process is Client tells FullCircl and we email Acturis support, though concern is they can take up to a week.
Tracking
Yes – Tracking flags will be pumped to Acturis in bulk, and they will distribute/assign them as they see fit. News insight email alerts will be sent directly to Primary users with SmartBroker access

Completing a new Company Search (for Contacts already stored but not yet enriched)
Repeating the Company Search in order to update fields with the latest data
Tracking and Un-Tracking the Company
Starting a Screening or viewing status of a Screening
Enable or Disable News Feed
When updating a Company with enriched data a comparison screen will be displayed
This screen allows the user to choose tooverwrite existing data as required
An equivalent screen will be available when updating individual people via the Director search
The existing People & Locations screen will be updated to include the option to “Add from External Source” provided that a FullCircl link is already in place
